What’s Your Love Language? **A Poll**

On Monday I saw a post by Helen Samson Mullen about the 5 Love Languages.  She does a great job explaining the concept, so if you’re unfamiliar, you should just READ IT THERE instead of having me explain it all over again.  I had shared the link on my FB wall and got loads of positive responses about what understanding Love Languages had done for my friends’ marriages/relationships.  I was intrigued, to say the least.

I promptly went and downloaded the book off Amazon and got hooked in just a few chapters.  The material isn’t rocket science, but it’s amazing to realize how often we give our partner what **WE** need instead of what they need.  I definitely found some opportunities for improvement in my marriage and I’m confident you will too.  PS – If you’re single right now, you can still take the test, just pick the “Singles Version”.

Nick and I both took the quiz last night and got our results.  I discovered that I prefer to receive love through Words of Affirmation and Quality Time.  I’ll let Nick’s remain private since he already thinks I share too much about him . . .

SOOOOO, I would love to take a poll of my readership and see if there is a most common love language or languages among us.

Here’s what I’d like you to do:

  1. If you already know your love language, input it into the poll below.  If you have a tie for your top one, choose your favorite.
  2. If you don’t know your love language yet, take this 5 minute test and input your result in the poll below.

Thanks for playing!!  I can’t wait to see the results!  You can see the results after you’ve input your own answer.  For more info on the author and the process, GO HERE.
