On Monday we had the pleasure of taking Nick’s parents to Ocean Adventure in Subic Bay for an up-close-and-personal encounter with the dolphins. Â Nick and I did this back in May of 2010 and decided it was one of those must-do experiences for his parents.
Boy oh boy did they love it. Robert had made a new friend by the time they left…
And here’s Joyce hanging on for dear life.
And here they are playing with the dolphin while the trainer guides them on what to do. Â They each got several chances for 1-on-1 time with the dolphin and the entire experience lasted around 45 minutes.

I just love seeing other people having this experience. It was one of the most joyful things we have ever done in our lives. We were fortunate to have a video made of the experience, and each and every time we watch it we relive the fun and joy as if we were there again. Just so great that they were able to have this experience too!
Hi Sarah! I love seeing the pics!!! It brings back memories of the time I swam with dolphins with my best friend in the same place. It is definitely one of the most wonderful unforgettable experience of my life! What a great idea to bring your parents!
